• Provide Customer Advocacy & Insight through analysis of Service Data.Reconcile Service Offerings with Customer Needs. Created data models using Excel and visualization’s using Tableau, PowerBI and Adobe’s “Sunburst”.

•  Program Management – 2012 - CS6-CCM – Infrastructure program consisted five projects - Service Gateway, Web infrastructure, Business Rules Engine, ESB (Enterprise Services Bus) and Back office capacity uplift.
• Service Gateway provided infrastructure to support production and non-production environments
• Web Infrastructure provided capacity uplift to support increases in production transaction volumes.
• BRE provided production and non-production infrastructure for this new application.
• ESB provided production and non-production infrastructure for the new messaging bus application.
• Back office (SAP, EDW, MDS, WCD, informatica and eComm) server and database capacity uplift Creative Suite Initiative – Managed multiple major projects in support of the Adobe transformation from products sold using.

• Change control processes -- Designed and implement a SDLC development and change control process.
• Change Control Board – Created the business process, templates and procedures required to establish a Change Control Board that manages and oversees the deployment of all changes to production systems.
• Digital Asset management – Implementation of the digital asset management application which includes the defining of the metadata, taxonomy and data loading.
• Credit card / eCheck processing – Conducted provider assessment to select a processing vendor that reduced the former 3 business processes to one. Implemented the selected processor.
• Created the framework for a Tiered PMO organization and methodology for the company.

Manager of the PMO and Business Analysis teams. The PMO project managers are responsible for managing the high priority projects.The business analysis team work with the stakeholders to create the necessary functional specifications for the corporate business systems.

Managed many projects related to business initiative to enable Levi Strauss and Company to enter value channel marketplace. Built high-availability computer systems, conducted scalability assessments and facilitated remediation projects to minimize business risk. Led overall program of 24 projects involving applications and infrastructure groups. Ensured.
