Management - Oversee 7/24 plant operations through supervision of 21 operators and 6 skilled trades. Develop and institute effective OSHA mandated safety and operational training programs.Capital Programs - Complete plant expansions at Rosemount in 1988 and at Empire in 1992. Oversee move from central to distributed process computer control system in 1992.Project Management - Implement plant wide Computerized Maintenance Management Information System. (CMMS) Serve as chair of agency wide conflict management council.
