Managed various projects while providing supervision and coaching for an Accounts Payable staff, Production and Revenue Project Team and Production and Revenue Recording Team.Significant accomplishments:• Core Team member for consolidation of the Accounts Payable process from various locations. This included the development of the front-end system for the payable process, established procedures and assignments, staffing for the process and training.• Worked extensively with Public and Governmental Affairs (Oil and Gas Company) to positively impact pending legislation in the state of Oklahoma and Kansas; by assisting in the education of legislators on the complexities involved in the payment of taxes, royalties and state required accounting information regarding other payments and accounting functions.• Instrumental in assisting the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, as a Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies representative, in developing regulatory requirements related to Oklahoma legislation.• Member of the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies and National Association of Division Order Analysts Ad Hoc Committee that developed comprehensive guidelines for implementation of Oklahoma legislation impacting the Oil and Gas Industry.

Started as a Business Analyst, was promoted to a Senior Analyst and subsequently was appointed to an Administrative Supervisor position. These assignments entailed timely reporting and accounting of all produced volumes, filing of permits, completion reports, sundry notices and various regulatory reports with State and Federal agencies, accounts payable, financial tracking of budget and cost, and material and logistical support.
