In business--and in life--if the professional is not learning, he/she is regressing; a professional must exude an aura of confidence, garnered from what he/she knows well, in which to leverage such confidence, thereby producing future successes in such areas of uncertainty. An ability to apply what is known, in which to solve problems in an area of uncertainty, is an art that should not be devalued or ignored. To succeed, one must not shy away from uncertainty; one must embrace uncertainty with the confidence that one's experience is not proprietary. Moreover, success is found where hard work and perseverance reach equilibrium. To most, a challenge is seen as a road block for which impedes directional momentum; to others, however, challenges represent the opportunity for progressive directional change. Experience fosters success, of which is garnered only through adversity; and experience lies with those who accept responsibilities out of one's own comfort zone. --Steve Warren
