For the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working closely with seniors, dedicating the last 12 of those years at Springpoint Senior Living at Monroe Village as the LivWell Manager. In this role, my primary mission has been to enrich the lives of our residents by creating empowering, engaging, and dynamic events and programs. These initiatives are designed to promote mental, physical, social, and emotional growth, fostering a thriving community atmosphere.I am passionate about providing comprehensive activities and programs that foster mental, physical, social, and emotional growth among our community members. At Monroe Village, my commitment to excellence and innovation has not only involved conceptualizing and organizing events for the residents but also managing both the fitness and aquatics centers, ensuring they are not just facilities for physical wellness but also vibrant spaces for social interaction and personal growth. Leading and mentoring the LivWell team has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I am privileged to manage a group of individuals who are not only among the best people I know but are also deeply committed to our mission. Together, we focus on delivering high-quality customer service and innovative programming, ensuring every resident feels valued and engaged.My ability to design and execute events that resonate with and inspire our senior residents stands as a testament to my passion for this work.
