Managed the Intel® IoT Market Ready Solutions (MRS) Get-to-Market team accelerating revenue growth by onboarding partners from Intel’s IoT and AI ecosystem. Influenced and enabled the ecosystem of customers’ and partners’ adoption, solution design, and platform partnerships of Intel AI and IoT technologies across Health & Life Sciences, Edtech, Smart Cities, Transportation, Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and other industries. This program has generated over $1.5B in tracked revenue since its inception in 2017 and over $500M in tracked revenue in 2022, with 500 unique partners from thirty countries deploying their technology in more than 100 countries.• Co-founded the MRS program by collaborating with Intel’s Global Marketing Group, business unit stakeholders, and executive leadership. Defined the acceptance criteria, onboarding process, and the systems required to support it.• Co-designed and executed COVID Fast Track process to onboard 26 solutions from 4 continents at 3X usual speed, with 100+ global colleagues and external partners, then improved tools to cut intake time by 50%.• Sponsored effort to review MRS portfolio to identify potential discriminatory uses of facial recognition.
