Managed a small lab (2-3 Employees). Extracted DNA from whole blood & Saliva. Performed immunoassays using kits (ELISA & RIA) and automated systems to test samples for Clinical research. Other duties involved lab organization, assay validation, and coordinating with investigators. Maintain a sample database and billing system (Freezerworks) for the lab, along with other software for the department. Responsible for all aspects of their maintenance and use. Maintain software and 4 virtual servers to used by related departments. Manage the lab's website using a Teamsite CMS.

Created, and managed web sites for local government and emergency management agencies including: Duties included creating and updating emergency response plans, and consultation on how to improve/complete emergency plans for certification; Maintained CAMEO (a disaster management database for first responders and emergency planners).
