In this position, I oversee the completion of projects in the security industry within customer's time frame and budget. That is one of the most important aspects of the job, as is serving as the customer liaison during the installation process.Other key issues include understanding the customer’s perspective at all times and performing root cause analysis of all operational issue.I also engage the sales team regarding all potential opportunities.
