Reporting to and assisting the Marketing Coordinator for concise branding and communication support of the Howard Community College and Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD) mission through creation and maintenance of yearly marketing plan, and targeted dissemination of collateral including website, social media, audio/visual and traditional print media. • Work with Marketing Coordinator in the creation and distribution of the noncredit schedule• Use Colleague to search course information, build mailing lists for Constant Contact, and organize purpose codes and sequence numbers for courses in non-credit schedule• Work with program managers, division-wide, to ensure accurate posting of course schedule on web and in print• Support creation and keyword analysis of customer surveys through survey monkey• Partner with the office of Public Relations and Marketing to make sure CEWD collateral is on brand for the college• Help build social media presence; Facebook, Facebook Live, Twitter• Photography of unit events as needed; building archive of course photos to be used in future publications• Understand use of cost centers for purchasing• Comprehensive work in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access), Site Executive, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, and Acrobat), Constant Contact.• Employ excellent customer service skills and communication with a diverse community of constituents and customers
