I am Director of our Executive Search team with specific responsibility for our Defence, Nuclear & Technology portfolio. Working with UK and international clients I am responsible for providing CEO's and shareholders with the right executives/leaders onto their leadership boards. I qualified as a Design Engineer and went on to head up Engineering and Manufacturing operations within the Defence, Nuclear and Technology sectors. Prior to joining Veredus I spent nearly 25 years in senior management and board positions, living and working in UK, Germany, Poland, India and more recently Portugal. I have extensive expertise in managing international projects and managing diverse stakeholder expectations. My technical and operations experience gives me a client empathy that is invaluable in leading executive searches and solutions in these domains. For me success is all about great communications and delivery excellence.
