With nearly 25 years of retail experience, I've worked in just about every facet of the customer service industry, ranging from small brick & mortar stores, to large big-box chains, and onto mail-order fulfillment centers. I pride myself in working in industries that I hold a personal interest in - specifically the motorsports and bicycle industries. Through this, I can directly use the products that I sell and create unique marketing that originates from the actual behavior of the end-user. Focusing on small-to-mid size companies where my ideas are capable of reaching fruition, I've grown from my experiences and still take pride in learning everyday from both my successes and mistakes.
