The springboard for RuSPORT and Bradley Motorsports to name a few. Performance Development & Racing provided sales, service and support for Formula car race teams and customers. With a rich history of championships with drivers, team members and engineers that progressed into the highest level of motorsports in North America. I began my career working at Ecktune Automotive Repair. I was named a partner when I was 21 years old and began my journey understanding how to operate a profitable small business. I eventually sold Ecktune after receiving an offer to work for Performance Development in 1979, a company I eventually owned.Pro-Auto Repair Shop was my first startup, launched in 1980. Since then, I have been fortunate to follow a path that has allowed me to create my own work experiences and work alongside creative and talented individuals.
