Steve Cross is a professional in their field. Colleagues describe them as "Steve created the phenomenon that is Bright Club. Many people who have never had any formal direct report to him make his vision happen across the UK and occasionally in other countries. I was one of two people who created the first offshoot - Bright Club Manchester. I had never met Steve, or met Hannah Mosley who was also interested in bringing Bright Club to Manchester. Steve put us in touch and gave us guidance but always let us have ownership of what we created. As things progressed, Steve had many more useful pointers and was a massive inspiration. Steve has also done many things to allow the different chapters around the country to co-ordinate with each other and learn from each other. I'm proud of what I've created at Bright Club Manchester, with my fellow organisers. I know I couldn't have done it without Steve. There are many things that I have learnt through doing Bright Club that have been incredibly useful in other areas of my life. In short it has been a massively empowering experience. Thanks Steve."
