I am a Revenue Cycle Analyst who is proficient with Cerner EMR implementation. I am directly involved in hospital implementations as well as all aspects of the full revenue cycle and what it takes to continue to provide great patient care while also maintaining revenue efficiency within the facility. I work well in a fast pace and stressful environment. My professional background of Patient Access Management allows me to have the knowledge needed to be proficient while also having the compassion and understanding to keep the staff on track during the stressful changes of a new implementation. I work with each hospital department through any system issues they may have that would prevent them from continuing to do their daily tasks. My goal each day is to continue to provide a positive impact in a stressful situation while being able to increase hospital revenue and reduce unnecessary costs. I work well in any environment and adapt easily. I am proficient in Medhost and Cerner software as well as numerous other software programs. I have been directly involved in the implementation of Medhost and/or Cerner at over 30 different hospitals as well as the staff educator for all aspects of Patient Access. I understand the importance of the revenue cycle of PFS while maintaining patient care in a hospital environment. Knowledge of FinThrive, Ecare, Revspring, Order Facilitator, Teletracking, Athena and other internet based programs used for patient accounting. I am also proficient in all Microsoft Office software and have advanced knowledge of Excel.
