I lead the Secretariat team for the Our Booris Our Way initiative, driving policy outcomes focused on supporting children and families involved in child protection in the ACT. In this role, I provide high-quality policy, operational, and administrative support to the Government and committee, ensuring that the recommendations from the Our Booris Our Way Review are implemented effectively whilst also being community led. By working closely with the committee members and leveraging lived insight and expert experiences, my team and I are committed to advancing positive changes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in care, fostering a culturally safe and inclusive system.

As a Policy and Project Officer in the Investment Dialogue for Australia's Children, my role focuses on facilitating collaboration between government and philanthropic partners to tackle intergenerational health and wellbeing inequities affecting children and young people. Central to my responsibilities is supporting the First Nations Leadership Council and community leadership councils, ensuring their perspectives and priorities are integrated into our initiatives.
