I am responsible for the implementation of the artistic didactic plan of the school. I work closely with other staff members, coordinating their roles and teaching responsibilities, and also with the students to ensure an individual approach to their learning experience. I also teach classes, direct shows, and accompany artistic research products. Most recently I coordinated the month long production SpazioFLICstreaming, overseeing social media, lighting, general production, video content.Currently I am a member of the steering committee of COSMIC, a new European project lead by FFEC and FEDEC, linked to the use of digital tools in artistic learning practices.

I am currently the head trainer in aerial acrobatics in the Professional Biennial Circus Arts course. I am responsible for a team of 10 teachers across both the professional and the amateur courses. I work with the students both on the artistic as well as the technical skill aspect of their training. I am one of the teacher trainers and writers of teacher training certificate in aerial disciplines with ASC sport promotion body in collaboration with Società Ginnastica di Torino, Turin Italy. 2017.

I work with student class groups teaching space awareness, theatrical timing, voice, and physicality. Following my guide the students then create collective performances presented during the monthly student showcases. At the end of the year, I direct one or two student shows with a slow preparation period of research together with a final intense production week.
