Since joining Wilderness Scotland in 2003, I have worked in a variety of roles, including Logistics Director & Marketing Director. One of the founders of Wilderness Ireland, Stevie works closely with the MD at Wilderness Ireland on client experience, business growth, development of our company culture, and innovation to succeed.

An annual festival celebrating mountains and adventure through a series of films, lectures and exhibitions, which aims to entertain, enlighten and inspire. I established the EMFF in 2003 and it runs in February each year. I organise it in my spare time. Why? Because I enjoy meeting our incredible guest speakers and the film-makers, as well as seeing the enjoyment and inspiration that the audience of 1,500 gets from the event. And it's a lot of fun.

This was a voluntary role which I dedicated time to throughout the year, working with the Wild Scotland Manager and Board to develop strategy and ensure its delivery. I stepped down as Chairman and from the Board in November 2014 to allow me to focus my energy on Wilderness Scotland and Wilderness Ireland.

I sat on the Wild Scotland board and provided guidance and ideas to the Manager, while supporting the Chairman in his role.

I worked with Ministers on a number of policies including education, environment and transport policies.
