We run several projects across India in the field of Capacity Building and Income Generation Training, Healthcare, Education, Youth and Child Development, Women Empowerment, etc.The Co-Founder/Director of People Kraft Pvt. Ltd, a Bangalore based Social Enterprise. We manufacture hand made products mostly from fabric ends and scraps that might otherwise end up in a landfill. We train Urban Poor Women in design and sewing and provide them with work opportunities through full and part time employment. We manufacture lifestyle and sustainable products for leading brands in India.My work experience primarily comprised of positions such as C.O.O, Associate Director, Event Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, Behavioural Interviewer/Assessor and a few more interesting roles for nonprofits and corporate companies. I've worked extensively with interviewing and assessing potential talent for large fortune 500 companies. Conducting specialised HR tests and behavioural interviews and assessments to gauge strengths and areas of development of candidates and employees interested in lateral moves, in-company.Other professional experience includes involvement in an array of activities, assignments and projects including managing a leading charity. Business activities consist of managing a private limited company involved in the designing, customising and manufacturing of sustainable products. I studied KAIZEN, a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency, etc.Having completed M.B.A in Human Resource Management, I have even had the opportunity to co-found a startup, as well as work independently as an Entrepreneur/Consultant.
