    As an Administrative Assistant for a small Association of REALTOR® working directly under the Executive Officer I am afforded the opportunity to, quite literally, do it all. I also edit and update the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations for Upper Peninsula REALTORS® and each of our five local MLSs.Upper Peninsula REALTORS® provides SentriLock lockboxes to our membership. I track new member equipment orders, defective equipment pickup and replacement, and dropped member equipment return. I work with our Customer Relationship Manager to resolve member complaints, execute system upgrades, and ensure that the system is working as efficiently as possible for the Association and our membership.The Multiple Listing Service provider for UPR is Black Knight MLS Solutions. We work directly with Black Knight to constantly update and perfect our MLS system through Paragon. I am a Certified Trainer for the Paragon system and I am intimately familiar with the entire program from listing maintenance and reports to administrative functions and system changes.
