Lawyer from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, specialized in Public Law and Business Law with over twenty years of experience in Strategic Sectors. Currently, he is the Director of the Natural Resources department at the Pino Elizalde firm.In his professional practice, he advises companies on processes for obtaining mining rights and those related to energy generation, delegations to private initiatives and IPPs, as well as in the creation of businesses and corporate structures, administrative processes in mining, energy, environment, telecommunications, and due diligence processes.He has led the legal departments of state-owned companies in fuel marketing, energy generation, and telecommunications. Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Mining Regulation and Control Agency, Manager of the National Mining Company ENAMI EP, Ministerial Advisor, and Legislative Advisor in extractive sectors and citizen participation.
