• Functional supervisor of team of programmers responsible for creating analysis files for population health research. Assisting in the supervision of a staff of seven data entry specialists. - Develop new methods of data input and analysis to be utilized by study coordinators. This includes consulting with coordinators and investigators during the study planning phase to design their data collection plan using sound collection and storage methods for easier analysis. - Migrate data from existing data sources (Excel, Access, RedCap, etc.) into central data structures within HCI through SQL. - Deploying queries as reports through SQL Reporting Services to aide in data quality control and enrollment reporting for the study teams.
