Working solo in the department I provide all aspects of administrative support to the Base Management and other departments. I accurately record BP tonnages and all associated costs in relation to the base. I provide the Base Manager and BP with reports and information as requested and produce weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Base Manager. I liaise with the Shipping Controllers to ensure integrity of shipments with specific regard to discrepancies that may exist in relation to tonnage & quantity of lifts per sailing. I effectively control all documentation/files and archives. As well as that I log details into AX, along with raising Purchase Orders, recording minutes of meetings and monitor and collate timesheets for processing by payroll.
