As a Commercial Account Handler I had a variety of roles & responsibilities. My job role included Dealing & Processing with Renewals, Quoting for New Business Risks, General Administration, Claims Handling and Dealing with Mid Term Adjustments within the Commercial Department for Landlord Insurance, Liability, Shop, Commercial Combined, Motor Trade, Fleet, Property Owners etc and also some Personal Lines Household and Motor. I like to work as a team and help customers get the best out of their insurance policies.

As a Customer Advisor I helped our customers with any queries or changes to their policies. I dealt with New Business Quotations for Private Car & Commercial Vehicles. Included in my duties were also any day to day admin duties and I dabbled in Tractor/Farm Policies.

My responsibilities included of dealing with Mid Term Adjustments and Processing any changes to our clients policies. Our main policies we're for Motortraders which included Road Risks & Combined Policies. I also dealt with any MID updates, payment processing and day to day Admin duties.
