In this company, I have responsibilities to handle all activities related to consumer activation for all division under Indofood Sukses Makmur (ISM) group. The challenge is how to manage activation concept for each brand because many various product with different characteristic under ISM group like Noodle, Dairy, Beverage, Snack, Biscuit, Culinary, Cooking Oil, etc.So, the task and responsibilities that I’ve to do in this company, consist of :a.Project management related to consumer activation.b.Preparation until monitoring and evaluation for event management that bring Indofood as a Corporate tittle through sponsorship program, own initiative program, and collaborated with internal Indofood group or external parties.c. Development concept for solve business issue in each division, in level related to consumer.d. Development competence and skill for all marketing and sales team under ISM group via training and workshop, coaching and sharing session, etc.e. Review and evaluation of business achievement ( volume, market share, growth) from each division in mid year and end of year. Overall, the goals in this position is how to escalate Indofood corporate value through consumer activation and how to support business activity for each division under ISM group in order to achieve the goals which has been determined.
Brand Activation Supervisor
Preparation , create concept , organizing, monitoring and controlling all marketing activities related to brand and consumer activation on the ground. Management mechanism built is to create synergy flow between internal teams (marketing & sales dept , creative design and Social Media ) with a third party (agency and event organizer)Brand and consumer activation that I've to do comprise of :a.Organizing events (music festival,sport,exhibition,bazaar,etc) , b.Development consumer engagement, c.Management direct selling, d.Management branding and merchandising, e.Design of Community Engagementf.
