Platform Operations
CurrentEssential Functions:• Works as part of the Product Development team to accomplish Association goals• Responsible for oversight of testing processes, methodologies, and protocols; responsible for alignment with testing industry standards, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance• Responsible for testing internal developed content as well external third-party developed content • Coordinates with product managers to develop quality assurance testing plans for courses and products• Document issues utilizing a Master Issues Log, facilitate an issues report, and verify fixesAdministration of IP Systems:• Administration and oversight of intellectual property systems• Assist in the development and maintenance of system governance plans• Responsible for biannual system needs assessments, quarterly reporting, and overall compliance• Facilitate contract renewal discussions, supplying supporting reporting and system documentation• Coordinate yearly needs analysis with stakeholders and monitor usage rates• Facilitate quarterly user-group meetings covering system enhancements and utilization needs• Ensure contractors and outside vendors adhere to NRA IT access policiesEmotional Demands:• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills• Take pride in doing excellent work, and can both teach and learn from those around them• Work as an integral part of the Learning and Development team and also work independently when needed, assuming responsibility and risk for the tasks assigned• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships• Cope within a fast-paced work environment; persevere with tenacity
