- Engineering DRI for react native performance client observability. Creating, integrating and monitoring performance and vitals metrics from our primary application and expanding observability and processes around performance to more applications.- Engineering DRI for integrating user research platforms into our client applications and coordinating communication and prioritization of work between stakeholders across orgs, teams and third party companies. Performed integrations into a handful of products and began receiving user feedback within a couple of months.- Engineering DRI for bug and error observability and tracking in our client applications. - Led and engineered a new internal component library as part of a tiger team with the Director of UX, a Director of Product and Product Design team to create a unified experience for the entire suite of products.- Collaborated and iterated with the other tech leads and engineering owners for each product (Insights, Measurement and Enrichment) and integrating our design system to create a more unified product experience.- Managed resume screening for senior engineering roles on my team and represented engineering as the only interviewer/representative involved in director level candidates for the Product Design team.

- Lead engineer and owner of the Audience Designer product bringing it from initial design to implementation and release (April 2018) while leading a small team of engineers and coordinating with other engineering teams.- Mentored other engineers while actively engaging and working with product and design counterparts.- Management duties included work prioritization/delegation, pre-planning meetings, standups, pairprogramming and leading stakeholder discussions surrounding architecture and product/eng direction.- Improved the team’s review process and added structure/guidance to retrospectives and planning meetings.

- Core developer and individual contributor of the Proximity Designer product on a team of 3 - 4 engineers.- Developed a JS library to handle retrieving, managing and accessing Factual data (chains, countries, categories, etc) and also created more than 80% of the React and Redux connected components.- Collaborated closely with the design and product teams via prod/eng meetings, weekly design syncs, user testing and feedback sessions.- Published two npm packages, a JS library for Factual data integration (mentioned above) and another for shared React components. Both are used for core functionality in products that generate 75% of the company revenue.

Advised, installed, setup, and provided instruction on the technology needs of the restaurant including the selection of POS software, computer hardware with related restaurant/retail-specific accessories, wireless audio system, and video surveillance.

- Created new features directly integrated into the Proximity Designer product that provided customers access to reusable targeting profiles created by internal users. Built using ReactJS, Grunt, SASS and additional tools.- Produced prototype of new Proximity Designer using newer web features and libraries/kits such as source mapping, uglification, and material design with a 60-75% load time reduction compared to the existing version.

Assisted students and instructor during class with homework, class work, presentations, quizzes, etc. Facilitated tutoring sessions outside of class time for students that needed additional instruction and assistance.

Directed and advised on all technical executions of the company during its participation in the inaugural class of the StartFast Venture Accelerator (Syracuse, NY). Contributed to the direction of the company as part of the founding team. Designed and implemented the majority of code (details can be found below under Projects) while supervising and teaching an intern.
