OMNI provides an integrated solution for converting minimally prepared solid wastes to a clean syngas tailored to be a precursor to hydrogen, RNG, and liquid fuels.-starting two new businesses, facilitating successful acquisitions, managing a divestiture, and a presiding over a joint venture;-managing unionized factories and sales offices, including multiple locations, languages, and cultures.-leading successful business turnarounds and restarting businesses after they sought credit protection;-hiring and leading high-performance teams across multiple businesses at different levels; Marc is a U.S./Canadian citizen with native proficiency in English and French.
