Reporting to QHSE UK Manager, in a supporting role along with QHSE Manager and Advisors.- Coordination of Site Inductions introducing new employees to the company, site rules and requirements- Organisation of online awareness training for each member of staff (existing and new starts)- Collate, update and report on and maintain the Observation Card system, reporting same as part of a monthly meeting- Issue of DSE Questionnaires, collation of same and carry out DSE Assessments as deemed necessary- Preparation of pre-qualification questionnaires in relation to QHSE- Daily maintenance of QHSE documentation- Collation and reporting of weekly/monthly QHSE reports and statistics- Schedule and maintain QHSE internal audit plans- Coordination/chair of Safety Committee Meetings for site- Perform and/or assist in incident investigations, including the collation of data and reporting of same- Assist in the future development of an Integrated Management System- Assist in the coordination of Health Surveillance programme for employees- Assist in the formation of company best-practices/policies- Preparation of COSHH, Risk, DSE, PUWER, LOLER Assessments- Maintain and impact/aspect/legal/environment risk registers and associated documents- Populate and maintain any databases pertaining to QHSE- Consult regularly with the QHSE team on monitoring of QHSE performance.

Duties include working on Downhole sampling cylinders. - Carrying out assembly of varying types of cylinders and also critical inspection of components to engineer’s specifications.- Assisting supervisor on key projects on development of workshop and equipment circulation around work base. - Lean 5S Leader for department with duties of auditing workshop and ensuring high standard is maintained, with aim of creating fully functional 5S department. Testing cylinders using nitrogen and water to varying pressures. - Modifying equipment to customer requirements for particular projects. - Carrying out volumetric expansion testing of cylinder to meet European PED, TPED and United States DOT transportation standards working in line closely with procedures for each part of equipment and also keeping record of each stage of service in specific folders and database for clients to keep track of costs and project progression.

Duties included working with myself and part of a team on maintenance and testing of Welltest equipment.-Which included Flow heads, Separators, Air operated pumps and emergency shutdown systems. Air operated pumps included models AZ, DA and DH pumps. -Responsible on the testing of Water treatment packages, stock tanks and surge tanks. Carry out maintenance on safety equipment such as Hi-Low pilots and Pressure relief valves setting equipment to their operating parameters. -Calibration of pressure recording equipment and deadweight testers’. I spent several months working in Den Helder, Netherlands preparing equipment for Tamar field development, as well as for the Pride North America exploration program. I have gained large amount of Experience in Nitrogen, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Pressure Testing. - Working to and complying with Expro procedures for HSE, COSHH, Manual handling and Risk Assessments. -Also responsible to keep an accurate database of the records for all work done during the maintenance and testing. These records were also for the clients.
