I have been in the BPO industry for over 18 years now specializing in start up, customer service, health insurance, travel and shared services accounts. NPS/ CSAT and Quality are some of the major metrics that I focused on thoughout my years of experience. Driving numbers and spearheading process innovation are some of my characteristics as a Manager. Excellent with Client relations, motivator, people person are some of my skill set I have learned in the past. From building of processes, scorecard, attending or leading Client meetings, de-escalating concerns and identifying function's strenght and opportunities are just some of my day to day responsiibilities in my current role.
