I have spent 25 years in the health and medical research sector with the last 15 years working in executive roles. Most of this time has been spent working with clinicians, researchers and executives from hospitals, universities and NFP organisations. Over this time I have also worked with industry (biotech/pharma/med device) and government who funded several initiatives. In these roles I have established national and international collaborations, managed infrastructure projects, supported therapeutic product development, produced strategic documents and I have been a member of several advisory committees.On a personal level I have an interest in innovation but most of all, and like many others, I enjoy the opportunity to contribute in a sector that has the job of improving the quality of care.
