Overseeing all operations of both The Hitching Post Restaurant and Bar & Willoughbys

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: daily management of company standards for both service and food quality; the maintenance of the physical plant; managing accounts of several vendors in order to maintain an operation of smooth professionalism, the ability to meet and surpass financial expectations by exceeding sales performance compared to budget and prior year, and restaurant cash contribution' inventory management, labor management, the hiring, training and development of all employees, displaying great initiative with enthusiasm , passion and energy every day, leading by example to utilize past successes in order to achieve current and future results, owning an uncompromising commitment to preparing the highest quality food and making sure guests have the best dining experience possible. Responsible for overseeing daily operations in hotels premier Faculty Club Restaurant and on-site room service network. Successfully managed work for 40 plus employees encompassing 2 departments, while maintaining Inn's 4 diamond status, prepared weekly schedules for the staff in 2 departments, responsible for cash reconciliation and shift reports for all relative employees' shifts.
