• Established an effective Compliance Issue Management Program, including definitions, processes, tracking system, and tools. • Assist Business Unit Compliance Officers in documenting issues, performing root cause analysis, and developing appropriate action plans with due dates and owners• Ensure ongoing tracking and completion of compliance-related issues and resolution• Manage the Compliance team’s efforts to remediate compliance-related issues• Establish and maintain documentation evidencing closure of compliance issues• Prepare Management Reports on issue management, including periodic reporting of issues, status of action plans, and escalation of due dates at risk
