To drive this forward, my focus includes :- Customer engagementsEngage directly with customers across industry, working on large and complex projects. I have driven some of the largest system engagements/wins in the world in Oracle Systems LOB.My customer focus is throughout the UK and Ireland and cover several lines of enterprise class business including Egaming, Oil and Gas, Commercial, Public Sector and Financial Services. In particular I have led many successful Technical engagements in the last number of years in Ireland.- Within OracleWork internally to ensure Oracle field is equipped with knowledge, information and contacts to deliver consistent messaging to our customers. I conduct regular training workshops/sessions , and provide mentoring and coaching to develop individuals and teams across Oracle Cross Line of Business.- Partners (Distributors and SIs)Ensuring our partners are driving forward Oracle's strategy and vision. To help this, I run and manage a number of initiatives and programmes such as technology updates, providing our partners with tools and information and providing them with support on large and complex customer projects.
