I launched, developed, and managed Elemetal's European Division, which reached $1bn in annual revenue. I led this company from soup to nuts, including site selection and negotiation, project management of build-outs, hired and trained 50+employees, developed CRM and hedging platforms, and led sales and operations initiatives across 5 different countries.
