It is my responsibility to ensure that when written complaints are received, they are allocated to one of our Case Managers. I will also ensure that our substantive reply is given within our Guaranteed Standards to avoid penalty. Failure to do this will not only affect the reputation of our business for our customers point of view but also this would lead to a complaint either being escalated or investigated by CCW. Once we have provided our substantive reply, I will continue to monitor all complaints to ensure that all future promises and actions have been kept. It is only when a full resolution has been agreed will I stop monitoring each case. I am also the main point of telephone contact for CCW regarding the complaints they refer. I am on hand to not only provide them with any information they require regarding our customers but I will also provide them with any updates relation to existing cases they have referred to us. CCW also refer telephone complaints directly to me that require a response within 5 working days. It is my job to ensure that these are responded to within the agreed time scales and these are monitored similarly to the written complaints.
