• I trained other agencies about alcohol assessment tools and giving brief advice. • Giving members of the public education, advice and information on the use and misuse of alcohol and drugs.• Marketing, budgeting, maintaining, driving the mobile exhibition unit and providing statistics for reports.• Marketing the company to all of the agencies within Powys through Email, leaflet drops, meetings and phone calls.• Working with clients using motivational techniques to help them move forward. • Drug and alcohol testing for court orders, Probation orders, Social Services and the Youth Offending Team.• Traveling the county of Powys to carry out all of my tasks.• Visiting Schools, Youth Organizations, the Towns and Villages of Powys on my own and with other agencies in the Mobile Unit to give Advice, Information and Education on all substances Including legal high’s so that people can make better choices, seeing over 2,700 people per year.• Working one to one with clients to help them to reduce use or abstain from using substances. Empowering them to change their lives and move forward.• Delivering Education packages to Secondary Schools across Powys.• Attending conferences, Local events, Youth Rallies etc.• Working with Licensing bodies for festivals and local communities giving advice at PACT meetings.
