Helping others to be driven and successful has always been a passion of mine. I am goal-oriented with a focus on accomplishment, being proactive and productive and helping people be the best version of themselves has always been my goal. What started as working for a logistics company where I found my passion for Business Administration has helped me improve my leadership skills and team development.I believe the strongest companies and organizations all comes down to the relationships both internally and externally. Through numerous training meetings, workshops and internships, I have found that connections are everything in the workplace and I take those principles with me volunteering in my community and staying involved and active in those around me. If I don't know an answer to something, I will come back when I have one, and l like to think I am the type of person to find a way through any obstacles and challenges no matter how difficult they are to overcome.
