I worked with my customers to understand and deliver on their needs, many of whom were my customers for over 10 years. Quality of our output was of the utmost importance to facilitate positive outcomes to be achieved and to ensure that expectations of all stakeholders were met.

As a National Project Engagement Manager I coordinated the analysis of a National Government Contract. I ensured that the business was strategically positioned to successfully manage the commencement of the Contract that became the largest national customer for over 6 years.I conducted contract analysis, systems preparation, national workforce planning, resource planning and frequent liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

I commenced with Konekt in a consultant role, facilitating the achievement of new employer return to work goals for injured workers. I consistently demonstrated my skills and abilities to develop others and foster customer relationships and subsequently progressed through the roles of Senior Consultant and into leadership in 2007 as a Professional Services Manager. I then progressed to become an Account Manager of two national government accounts and Assistant Business Manager, before being appointed to the Business Manager role in Sydney and the Central Coast. Here, I successfully led a team of consultants across multiple portfolios to achieve quality outcomes, grow business & meet business KPIs.
