• Facilitate performance management meetings for 1200 hourly employees.• Initiate Personal and Medical Leave of Absence• Onboard Training of 250 hourly associates a week during peak season.• Partner with Safety and Operations to maintain the highest safety standards.• Investigations and Terminations• Non-bias behavioral Interviewing • Oversee Random Drug Testing maintaining 100% completion• Daily promotion of a non-union culture through associate engagement.• Enforce policies that protect both the associate and company.
