Upon starting at TSYS I engaged with clients and colleagues to build a team of business and technical analysts known as the Recoveries Team. I designed suitable processes, enabling the team to deliver quick and accurate data recoveries to European clients, returning clients to a positive position when something unexpected has happened due to system or.

Managing a cross functional team of over 40 Designers, Developers and Support Analysts, I implemented significant ITIL Service Support based changes to deliver high quality developments and support services to a range of Financial Services clients.

Responsible for the direction of five technology diverse development teams, totalling 70 staff and 5 Development Manager, delivering multiple elements of the Summit Suite of Mortgage software in a single release. I was responsible for ensuring the teams worked together, whilst also managing the development relationships with clients including Britannia.

Working in England, Germany and Austria, I progressed through a variety of roles such as Development Manager, Implementation Consultant and developer, to build an excellent range of experiences through the support and development of Credit Finance and Debt Management software solutions for a European client base.
