● Responsible for enabling golfers to play, increase their enjoyment and improve their game with sustained levels of customer retention and satisfaction.● Responsible for the delivery of Junior Golf instruction using the Swiss Golf Junior golf tests: Gold Silver and Bronze.● To organise, prepare and conduct golf clinics as well as individual and group tuition workshops and tuition breaks.● To provide circa 1500 hours a year with a typical working day from 9am – 8pm in the summer months.● Deliver Rules and Etiquette courses for complete beginners in both English and German.● To assist in the secretarial duties for example: making new bookings, opening and booking courses, dealing with enquiries and payments.● Fully proficient and competent with the following: PC Caddie, GCQuad, TrackMan, HackMotion, K Vest, SaM Puttlab / Balance Lab and various video analysis software.

Working at Migros Golfparks was an absolute pleasure.As a diverse team of 13 Professionals from a variety of golfing backgrounds we worked in a unique environment where we could help develop one another. Together, we possessed an array of different teaching and communication skills and we worked together to share ideas and discuss methods and preferences.In addition, to strive for continued excellence we had access to (and proficient in) the latest Technology and training aids e.g. Trackman Pro & Range, FlightScope, K-Vest, SaM Putt and Balance Lab.We were encouraged to improve upon our skills by attending regular CPD Courses and, most importantly, as one of the busiest golf academies in Europe, we had the chance to put our learning into practice.I consider Migros golf professionals to be the best most versatile professionals in Switzerland.

● Sole charge of the 1st Tee. Responsible for golf operations including local school sessions, taster days, group and individual instruction as well as a structured weekly junior training program.● Ran, managed and maintained my own proshop, stock control, budgets and sales.● Managed and maintained the club’s website, marketing collateral and communications tools.● Developed and implemented a national and international sales & marketing plan in line with the club’s strategic plan (Ryder Cup Wales 2010).● Increased overall greenfee revenue by over 50%. (55K 2009 – 85k as of July 2010)● Established and managed a strong media relationship program, built strong relationships within the advertising industry namely National Club Golfer, FHG media PSP Publications.

● Head of golf department on Maldives' largest island resort.
