hackajob is Series-B SaaS company providing talent & sourcing solutions to enterprise clients. My remit here as Senior PM involved running a focused squad using the 'empowered teams' model and owning the vision for the client facing / B2B side of the platform. In our first quarter as a squad we ran a great product discovery process with clients and internal experts, and by Q2 had launched a genuine 0-1 modular addition to the platform into market. By Q3 it was hackajob's first additional revenue stream in over 2 years. My remit also included the integration of third party ATS platforms, exec-level stakeholder relationships, and the hiring and matrix-management of a Product Designer to level up the squad.

eFinancial Careers is a fintech and financial services job board. This was a consultative role within eFC as they transitioned into startup status having split from their parent company. My main remit was the coaching and mentorship of two junior PMs, as well as bringing recommendations for operational improvements across the Product department. This included concepts such as product OKRs, the empowered teams model, and bringing enterprise-level best practise to a startup sized business.

Stepstone is an enterprise level job board and recruitment platform. Rising to Senior PM at Stepstone I took ownership of the product roadmap for the Applicant Manager section of the platform (a B2B self service tool used by 15,000 clients a month). Key projects during this time were priority iterations to the platform based on discovery and user research, the market-launch of a machine learning candidate recommendation tool, integration and go-to-market for a video interviewing tool we acquired, and a massive platform harmonisation project involving collaboration with our European counterparts. My remit also included the recruitment and line-management of a junior PM, reporting to the directors and presentation of progress / results at QBRs, and huge collaboration with UX, Design, Research, Sales and CS teams.

My initial role at Stepstone was as PM for the squad that owned the end-to-end job posting process on the B2B side of the platform. This was my first real taste of 'enterprise' product management and involved strong collaboration with internal teams, working on leveraging product opportunities within the roadmap, obtaining buy-in from senior stakeholders to begin product iterations, and driving demonstrable value to the B2B section of the business.My favourite project in this period was the conception, build and market launch of a 'job ad quality' feature on the platform, which won our team the innovation award that year.
