We are passionate about building great teams and motivating people to excel. I'm a life long musician with a successful career in business. As a Director of Sales in the high tech industry my favorite part of the job was training and team building. The light bulb moment came while reflecting on how a rock band has the same group dynamics as the teams I worked with. Playing in a band was a perfect medium for team building! One where groups could do something challenging and fun while bonding over their favorite music.In a band people need to communicate, trust one another, embrace diversity, and deliver on commitments; the same as any functioning workplace team. That's the genesis for Rock the Stars and 16 years later over 50,000 people have experienced our programs.

It contains exhibits from Indigenous settlement to the present and is home to 55,000 artefacts, documents, photographs and books. The museum site consists of three independent buildings that are merged together: The High School building (1875), Memorial Hall (1907) and the Link Building (1971).
