Sales Operations Manager
CurrentResponsibilities include:- Managing the roadmap for enhancing the design and capabilities of the sales organisation spanning workflow processes, sales roles, productivity tools & data and specialised support services- Collaborating with business stakeholders and end-users across sales, finance, customer service and marketing, documenting business requirements- Acting as the sales division’s custodian in the system development life-cycle for sales and customer related processes across the various IT systems - Support sales team, manufacturing and distribution teams to delivery key performance metrics in order to drive sales pipeline and product forecasting- Deliver business insights and demonstrate thought leadership with analyse, reports and feedback to internal stakeholders and business units
