 Short-term secondment by TOLL to learn the next step in mailroom operations and client account maintenance, promoted to a full-time role. Provide account management support for the Westpac contract.  Handle operational requirements, take on ad hoc projects to complete independently and liaise directly with senior banking client customers on all issues.  Cooperate and work with internal contacts nationally to provide our client with the highest level of service possible.  Formulate weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicator reporting on services, investigate issues and implement rectification plans.  Compile weekly summaries on issues, resolutions, changes and billing for internal records and external submission. Personally manage the daily organization and distribution of urgent Westpac credit cards.  Liaise with third party providers and Toll staff to ensure all deadlines are met and bank customers are kept happy.

Management of mailrooms with RailCorp, Westpac and Ernst and Young when required.  Main point of contact between TOLL and CBA for daily mail and courier operations. Managing mail room duties including printing, folding, and franking time sensitive mail, deliveries and collection, certification of documents, data collection, promotion of services to client, courier booking, mail identification, utilization of TOLL software for scanning, storage and retrieval of documentation.  Staffing duties including time sheet submission for staff, shift allocation and performance management.  Training, induction and staff compliance management of adherence to business key performance indicators and service level agreements, including workplace health and safety matters, keeping to strict timeframes and relationship management. Plan and conduct weekly team meetings with staff and clients to provide updates, gain feedback and plan for the following weeks requirements.
