In my role with Acorn Life as Training and Business Development Manager I am facilitating the expansion of our Financial Advisor network in the Leinster region through the recruitment of new advisors. Further to this, I coach, train and mentor these new advisors to ensure that the advice that they are giving is of the highest standard alongside managing their performance to assist them in achieving their goals and establishing their business. For two years before joining Acorn Life I was driving a project regarding the takeover of an international transport hub in Ireland with the intention of developing and improving the facility to increase its profitability along with positively impacting the surrounding area.Prior to this I was a manager in EBS of 14 years standing with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding set goals in all facets of my role. I have a strong record of achievement in building successful teams who value the challenge of high expectations in an enjoyable working environment. In my career I have had extensive exposure to managing the development of my team members through regular 1:1 coaching sessions and group training.
