Engineering Data ManagerResponsible to lead the Implementation and Maintenance of a Configuration Management System on Teamcenter PLM Software, Engineering Data control, Document & Records Control, Technical Library and Archiving for Babcock Ntuthuko Generation and Babcock Sites.

Implementation and maintenance of Configuration Management and Documentation Control procedures and processes according to NQA1 and ISO 10007 standards at Westinghouse South Africa. Main tasks:• Product identification & Product Structuring (Product Breakdown Structures), Project information structuring• Manage Configuration and Project Data in eB Director.• Baseline Management, Life Cycle Management.• Assisting Project managers with timely delivery of Project Deliverables including Data Packs, Configuration Data and Quality Records.• Change Control. Implementing and administrating Change Control process. Secretariat role for CCB meetings. Assisting project managers in ECP process and Status reporting to Clients.• Training to engineering team with regards to Configuration Management implementation. • Compiling and implementing Configuration management plans on several projects.• Working on several international projects with interfaces to Germany, USA and China. • Control of the Document Control Centre, Configuration officers.• CM process Auditing.

Review and improve Requirements Management Processes and Document Control and Change Control processes.

Implementation and maintenance of Configuration Management and Documentation control procedures and Project Configuration Management, Baseline Management, Change Control, Training and development of Document Control Centre. Chairperson at CCB Meetings. Responsible for Configuration Management and Document Control on PBMR HTF project at Pelindaba from Design to Construction and the PBMR Main Support Systems. Software tools used: eB Director, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
