Primarily responsible for integrating Network elements and web services onto a Live platform with >2m active users. Originally delivered customer migrations from offline charging model into an new CRM and online billing solution. Then test managed and delivered a number of interim releases to expand the customer propositions, whilst ensuring customer experience remained priority. The current major release has successfully delivered a new IP call Network, updated OSS/BSS platforms that will allow ID Mobile to exploit new digital voice calling (VOLTE) in readiness for major vendor and service provider launches in 2018. This has also been delivered in parallel to multiple Agile work streams for integrating new web services by releasing updated mobile Apps (IOS/Android) and desktop portal solutions. Show less
