• Worked on creating new projects that integrated with a variety of systems, including Filemaker, PhP, SQL databases and populating websites with information. • I worked as a project lead for certain projects, ensuring design principles were followed step by step as well as troubleshooting for bugs until we reached a finished project.• Created internal systems for South African and European businesses including a conservation society, a vehicle management system and a point of sales system for retail company.• I was also in charge of managing employee's workloads along with client relationships, ensuring day to day functioning of the business with the internal system

• Adding features and client requests to a Business Central (Dynamics 365) system at the coding level• Responding to sales personal about design features to implement, based on client needs• Updating features for the Dynamics 365 system for use with v18 of Business Central

• Logging tickets and answering customer queries submitted to the online support portal.• Offering in-person support to aid students in setting up email accounts, registering and using Microsoft Office software, troubleshooting software and hardware issues on desktops and laptops, formatting hard drives, installing new operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Linux). • Interviewing and assessing potential helpdesk technicians for job openings. • Solving issues regarding network access.
