My aim is to be the best at what ever I do no matter what the challenge is and to use my skills in a company that can help me develop my knowledge of business.In my current job, I am responsible of peforming the following duties: Responsible for stocktaking daily and full stock every Sunday, Mid-month (15th) and month end. Managing and storing vendor’s contracts (invoices). Coordinate communication between front of house and back of the back of house team. Prepare shift schedules (roster) Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues. Supervise back of house and front of house teams, also provide assistance as needed. Arrange for new employees proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms). Responsible for receiving of stock and purchase it on the system. Manufacture stock used stock for the day on the system. Deal with customer complaints and provide feedback. Supervise the delivery system and ensure that the order’s reach the customer’s on time. Do filing, filing, paper work and everything relating to office administration. Ensuring that the store is clean and ready for inspection at any given time.
